File Transfers

Need to send us huge files?

No problem! FTP is a commonly used protocol for exchanging large files over any computer or network that supports the Internet.

FTP

Uploading files using FileZilla secure FTP Service:

  1. Click on bottom left corner of this page to download FileZilla. Once Installed click on File, then Site Manager.
  2. Click on New Site and name it C.I.S
  3. Under the General tab you'll see Logontype: set it to "normal".
  4. Provide the Host name of: ftp.cisprints.com
  5. Provide Username: (call us)
  6. Provide Password: (call us)
  7. Drag your files one at a time into the folder called
    CLIENT FILES (right side of the screen).
PLEASE NOTE !

If you have multiple files please zip/stuff your files into one file before copying files over. You can not copy a folder into our FTP site it must be a file.

  • Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Always stuff or zip your files to protect them from corruption during the transfer.
  • We do not recommend sending stuffed or zipped files larger than 400MB.

If your files are larger than 400MB, you will need to separate them into multiple transmissions or submit the files on transportable media such as a CD, DVD ,FLASH or USB memory stick.
